  The filter is made as vertical tank with two purification stages. At first stage purification of mechanical impurities with dimensions of 500 micron and higher takes place. At second stage water is filtered of impurities with dimensions of 0,5 micron and higher.

  Such mud collectors are used at construction and modernization of boiling systems of residence buildings to provide the best water purification.

FILTER OPERATING PROCESS DESCRIPTION (Drawing 1)   Water flow enters the collector through the inlet nozzle and comes on the net-shaped filter elements. Filtration takes place from the outside to the inside of filter elements. The dimensions of the mesh of the filter elements is 500microns, mechanical impurities larger than 500 microns are stopped on the outside of filter elements and precipitate in the lower part of the tank. Then, for final purification water goes through the stage of magnetic filtration, where magnetic particles to 0,5 microns are stopped. Purified water outflows through outlet nozzle.

  Filtered mud is removed from the bottom of the filter automatically.

SUPPLY SET   Filter supply set includes:

  1) Filter, consists of:
   - Filter’s shell manufactured in accordance with Safety Rules 03-576-03 (1piece). Tank consists of cylindrical shell, welded dished head at the bottom and movable flat cover. The tank is made of steel grade 09G2S.
   - Stainless steel net-shaped filter elements (quantity is determined by the purposes of the filter), which are fixed on the filtration grill.
   - Movable block of magnetic filtration.

  2) Flanges with gaskets and fasteners. DOCUMENTATION:   1) Filter passport – 1 pc.
