MAIN PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS MAIN PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS
1.1.Mud collectors are used for water filtration or purification of large and medium suspended particles in water pipelines with DN 40... 1400mm and PN≤2,5MPa (25kgforce/cm2) and t≤200oC.
1.2. Mud collectors are produced as follows:
- Horizontal (drawing Л8-565.00.000 , Л8-566.00.000);
- Vertical (drawing Л8-567.00.000 , Л8-568.00.000);
- For heating units (drawing Л8-569.00.000).
2. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
2.1 Technical parameters and material of mud collectors for heating systems are to comply with «Rules for arrangement and safe operation of steam and hot water pipelines » of Gosgortechnadzor of USSR, Construction Norms and Regulations 2.04.07-84, Construction Norms and Regulations 3.05.03-85 «Heating systems».
2.2. Mud collectors are produced of carbon and low alloy steel grades.
2.2.1. Mud collectors of carbon steel grades 20, VSt3sp5 are used in heating systems in regions with design temperature of outside air no less than - 40oC. Yield stress for plate of steel grade 20 to GOST 1577-81 category 3 is to be specified in order .
2.2.2. For regions with design temperature of outside air from - 40oC to - 50oC mud collectors are to be produced of
low alloy steel grades: plates of steel grades 17GS, 17G1S and 17G1C-U category 12 to GOST 5520-79;
longitudinally welded pipes to 14-3-1138-82 of steel grade 17G1S-U;
longitudinally welded pipes with heat treatment type 3 to GOST 20295-85 of steel grade 17GS, 17G1S to GOST 17282-73 with additional bend test of the weld (?=>80o) , impact strength test at -40oC with value no less than 29,4 J/cm2.
longitudinally welded pipes group B with heat treatment for main heating systems to GOST 10706-76 rev 2, of steel grade 17GS, 17G1S to GOST 17282-73 with obligatory proof by the certificates of volume and test results according to table GOST 10706-76 and 100% control of welds acc. to clause 1.14 GOST 10706-76.
2.2.3. For regions with design temperature of outside air from - 40oC to - 60oC mud collectors are to be produced of low alloy steel grades: plates of steel grade 09G2S category 12 to GOST 5520-79. hot formed seamless pipes to TU 14-3-1128-82 of steel grade 09G2S acc to GOST 19282-73 with bed test acc. to GOST 3728-78.
2.3. Assembling of mud collectors of all steel grades is to be done at temperature of outside air no less than -20oC.
2.4. Material for fasteners is to comply with that stated in design specifications. For regions with design temperature of outside air lower than -40oC fasteners material as following: bolts of strength class 8.8. GOST 1759.4-87; nuts of strength class 10 GOST 1759.5-87.
2.5. Quality and characteristics of the materials, semi finished goods are to comply with requirements of the present standards, technical specifications and are to proved by the certificates of manufacturers.
2.6. Welded materials and welding technology are to comply with requirements of «Regulations of «Rules for arrangement and safe operation of steam and hot water pipelines », Construction Norms and Regulations 3.05.03-85 «Heating systems».
2.7. Dimensions and maximum deviations of mud collectors are to comply with the design drawings and Construction Norms and Regulations 3.05.03-85 «Heating systems».
